I'm impressed by your confidence in the asset values Noomxx. Particularly given the NTA per share has declined >75%......at the same time as NY property prices have been rising over the past few years!! This personally gives me absolutely no confidence in their asset values but also suggests we should be sceptical of all of their proforma adjusted figures (not just sceptical of their Audited Numbers).
Have you done any work on the assets you know they own?
Do you know if they have disclosed their list of assets anywhere? Perhaps the URFPA prospectus?
I would want to know that before investing as we effectively know the NTA has been heavily overstated.
