Noomxx with all due respect, you do realise that your stake will be converted into URF shares don't you? There is no conceivable way URFPA Investors won't experience conversion (economics firstly and reinforced by incentives).

As a result you need to have some view on URF value and also the probability it will still be solvent.
What do you think a company geared to the eyeballs, haemorrhaging cash and over-stating its assets materially is worth? There have been a few notable ones in recent years....

The irony of focusing on the CPU dividends are that those dividends are reducing the value of the URF shares you will end up receiving. It's quite comical in all seriousness, I'm sure you're not the only one who has failed to grasp this.

Let's keep the emotions out of the debate, doesn't help the investing process. A better question to ask is how could I be wrong? "It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble, it's what you know for sure that ain't so"
