A lot of concern written here about underlying historical profitabilities - overly fundamental analysis. Stock has bottomed with property prices, management taken actions and sold properties etc. Have some relatives over there, NYC region is going to absolutely boom again under Biden left, in pandemic recovery that has now bottomed. Definitely a buy for me, don't over think it.
