This baby is in a turnaround, it will take time, and there is no point looking at historical figures, historical become irrelevant in turnaround situations.
Rising AUD is a negative, but at least the debt now is in the same currency as the properties.
In the mean time I am looking very forward to my $3.25 dividend per preference share which will be paid in feb.
