The OP was about the EU regulating carbon footprint of upstream supply chains.
There is nothing green about CXO or its dirty polluting mine.
CXO lithium concentrate will have an abysmal carbon footprint. It’s quite possible the product will have some highest embedded CO2 in the world. I doubt the Europeans will touch it.
