I agree that the SP is well below the true worth of the company, however IMO it won't get better until the board realize that putting their head's in the sand and ignoring what is actually happening inside the business won't fix the problems that NFK have internally.
The management churn at NFK now stands at close to 50%! If you were a board member wouldn't you be asking WHY? I certainly would...
