I think you've just got to keep in mind the wider market is down - manipulation is'nt going to work today.
More importantly ask yourself the question - is a company bringing in $8.20 million in revenue and $3.20 million in NPAT last FY worth a market cap of $17 Million ?
No. Hell, If I had the money I would takeover the damn company.
