What is sustainable Mknop, the market decides the prices not a chart. Market forces will push up and push down. Those charts are fine if you cn define everyone in nice little boxes but each individuals circumstances are different. Your chart is great if you can pidgeon hole but you can't thats probably why property has defied all predictions. So is your data corrupted, most likely when it can't factor everything except Mr average not an investor who receives rent and tax deductions an smsf, or trust or holiday home or business(developer) to many variables. Every spread sheets tell a tale thats for sure but usallay stats and everything else can be made to represent any bias you like.
