sustantial shatreholders response

Coglin Yue holds around $13 million shares in CAP plus probably has bought up options as well to raise this stake while Giralia resources (GIR)has around 7 milliom shares plus around 3 million options which it may have exercised in full.

therefore Yue's stake is approx 14%+
Giralia's stake is approx 10.5%

(I think after all the options are execised the company witll have approx 94 million shares)

it will interesting to see how these 2 major shareholders respond if it is a take over-unless of course it is Coglin Yue who is wanting to takeover the company.

Also BMG have now earned a 40% stake in the magnetite project so this adds a layer of complexity to the situation.I wonder if it's BMG doing the take over?

all will be revealed in time but I think it's good news for us the shareholders as long as we get a fair price for our investment.
