Actually nokk that might be the issue here. There is a possibility that Conglin is a significant option holder and for him to exercise them it would take him over the 20% threshhold which is illegal unless a full or partial takeover has been made.

The timing here has been very interesting. A change of control transaction just prior to listing of converted options.

Conglin, I would say is definitely involved in this change of control transaction.
