    That is a very real possibility especially if they have the numbers to take it over.

    We may be all looking to much into it. It may just be an issue will Congluin having more than his allowed 20%.

    I am hoping that it is something more major and the offer is at least a dollar but from my limited experience I would suggest that it will be much lower.
