The ASX announcements leading up the the re-lisiting indicate that old mgmt got shares in SUV as part of the RTO, but that they are resigning as directors. Some of the shares appear to be escrowed, which no doubt is to mitigate greater upfront costs in the takeover - rather than using the IPO CR money. It will take some time for all ties to be cut, but IMO it is clear that the old UTR mgmt are not involved in the mgmt of SUV.
