I'm tossing up whether it's a free kick for shareholders given it is only 5m raising and not a game changing CR. My guess is that it's just enough to tie them over until the major announcements we're waiting for which would have to be soon as 5m won't last long in the scheme of things and they're still hiring new heads...iin the announcement it does mention pending sell down of groundhog north etc...is it just a free kick for disgruntled shareholders or not? I'm not sure. But, I have to hold as I'd kick myself if all the big news was round the corner. To raise it at such cheap prices suggests to me it's a tactic to appease holders as 5m would be a rounding error if they accomplish all the desperately awaited announcements in the short term. But I've been wrong and disappointed to now...
