Originally MEO said it was expected in November sometime but on the quarterly released on Friday they say it is expected EARLY TO MID NOVEMBER. This would have been the latest update they would have received so i'd say things are progressing quicker than what a lot of us had in mind. I allways had the idea that it wouldn't be until end of November at least. So, i'd say it's all good. If there were going to be any major delays they would have been informed by now. Hope this clears it up for you. All the best!
