    Sorry forgot to ad that the whole previous board has been sacked and a new board appointed.

    Essentially they are using this company as a shell to pursue the Zambia thing, rather than seeking another listing. They will probably change the name to Zambia Resource Ventures (?) code ZRV at some point.
