Purely based on technical analysis and a bullish flag set up, if the share price breaks overhead resistance (which is around 23c), then the next move tends to be of the same magnitude as the first flag pole (approximately 17c from bottom to top). 23c + 17c = 40c. 80% + trades are pre-programmed and placed by computers (algorithms, etc), so the probability is quite favourable if this trading pattern plays out
