Response to Submissions
The exhibition of the development application including the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)
for the above proposal ended on 27 Jul 2020. All submissions received by the Department during
the exhibition of the proposal are available on the Department’s website at
www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au/major-projects/projects.
Advice from some agencies is still forthcoming, and the Department will make that advice available
to you as soon as possible.
The Department requests that you provide a response to the agency advice and the issues raised
in the submissions, including providing detailed responses to the issues raised by experts engaged
by community groups, in accordance with clause 82(2) of the Environmental Planning and
Assessment Regulation 2000.
It would be appreciated if you could provide your response by 30 October 2020. If you are unable to
meet this deadline, please contact the Department to discuss suitable timing for the provision of
your response.
Note that under clause 113(7) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, the
days occurring between the date of this letter and the date on which your response to submissions
is received by the Secretary are not included in the deemed refusal period.
