makes sense with what I’ve read. they’re probably responsible for the very long delays, as it suits their purpose.
agree it’s good proxy to the Ag price, which has always been a favourite for the manipulators to play with, all the way back to 1985 when the Hunt brothers tried it on big time.
the open cut is clearly viable. Hopefully their 30,000m of drilling will prove up lots more Ag.
