Yep, tampering is very evident and aggressive by the Banks (under Gov/FED direction) to ensure the USD does not fall. They want the UDS to remain the world currency which they know is failing fast. Once the masses con onto this - the masses will dump USD and buy Gold/Silver int eh bucket loads. When that will happen - remains an unknown, but not too far aware IMHO.
