Investors don't like uncertainty and nothing creates uncertainty like legal proceedings, regardless whether it has solid grounds or not. Secondly, investors are spoiled for choice at present with numerous sectors performing. SVL will do bugger all until:

1) Legal proceedings are dealt with and all future avenues for any possible further legal action are laid to rest once and for all

2) Markets begin underperforming the PM's and Ag takes out USD30

Then and only then does SVL step up. At that point it will be similar to the meteoric rise in CBH 2 decades ago.
