"Mining Licence must be getting close."
Did you listen to the podcast interview of the CEO I posted yesterday? In it, he said regarding the mining licence that the Federal permitting clock started only a few weeks ago so seems it was held up the court case. Expect to have the outcome of this by the end of May to mid-June - he can't see any reasons why it would be an issue and then back to the State for rubber stamping.
