5. Audit conclusions

From the evidence reviewed during the audit, it was concluded that the exploration operations undertaken by Bowden Silver were well managed. Evidence was available to demonstrate that systems and processes were developed to identify and manage compliance requirements. It was observed that records were being maintained as required to demonstrate compliance. Bowdens Silver was generally compliant with all the requirements of the exploration licence, exploration activity approvals and the environmental management, rehabilitation, and community consultation exploration codes of practice, for the elements reviewed during the audit. No non-compliances were identified during the audit. The audit identified 1 observation of concern and 2 suggestions for improvement as summarised in Table 2 and Table 3.
