Ann: SVL: Update of Sale of Conrad and Webbs Projects, page-2

If I read back to the original announcement of this transaction in Nov, looks like the following has changed:

Was - 50k cash, 75mil shares, and 50mil oppies
Now - 750k cash, 70mil shares, and 50mil oppies

so TMZ are issuing 5mil less shares to SVL, but paying $700k more. Which would give an effective valuation on those shares of 14.0c

seems like an improvement in terms for me for TMZ, and I guess SVL are happier to take the extra cash (and not put in a board nominee now)
