these are my rough calculations only, so don’t take as gospel:
on an undiluted basis the 70mil shares put SVL at 17.5% holder.
On exercise of the 50mil oppies they would move to 26% BUT...this doesn’t account for the exercise of listed TMZO oppies (which at 3c strike is a matter of timing only) or the host of unlisted options.
if all options exercised it would put SVL at 23% holder
