The issuance of an extra new 100 millon shares will only dilute the price by half a cent.
Present situation: 111.1 million Dollars capital divided by 766 million shares = 14,5 cent per share
New situation: 121.1 million Dollars capital divided by 866 million shares = 13.98 cent per share.
correct me if i’m wrong . Maths was not my strongest subject at school.
