What about Malawi? When did we read or heard something bad about Malawi? Look at the map. Many companies invest in Congo. There, human rights are catastrophic and the working conditions for people in the mountains are also catastrophic. We can be satisfied with Malawi.
We need strong, very strong PFS and then fast take-off contracts. SVM will hopefully be able to produce for $ 300. That's a margin between $ 600- $ 800 (UBS estimates the Graphite price between $ 900-1100 by 2021). With a mine life of 17 years and 44,000 tons per annum and a margin of $ 600, this is $ 26 million a year ($ 35 million with a margin of $ 800). The market capitalization of SVM is under $ 20 million.
