I looked at SVWPA today too. I have been around this this since the SEVPC days, selling around 90 for a capital loss and buying back in 50s and 60s recently. The first purchases were just parking money but the second was about the possibility of it coming back nearer to issue price. Now I am looking at when to sell it noting the illiquidity.
