The downside is $88. The upside is whatever the SVW share price does. At the moment the SVW share price is $22.06, so @ 4.60645 = $101.61.
SVWPA closed at $95.30.
Variance to SVW equivalent is $6.31
So, upside from the current price is 6.6%
This will happen on 27 September. So, annualized, this is quite a nice return if the share price stays where it is. Given the result released by SVW today and the forecast given by them for the FY19 year, the share price does not seem unreasonable at all. I hold both SVW and SVWPA (although, I hold a substantially higher dollar amount of SVWPA).
Given the limited downside, I don't see a compelling reason to sell SVWPA just yet. I actually added some this morning due to this limited downside. No, it's not a certainty, but it was too good for me to pass up.
