I think that this announcement HERE has the details. Once the buyback is processed, I expect there will be another announcement confirming the details.
It has been a nice little winner for SVWPA holders.
I don't have any immediate plans to go into another hybrid like this, but have had a look around at some. I just can't find I like enough to buy into.
