Sometimes a share price screams "VALUE!!" at you and then sometimes it screams value so loudly and so often that you begin to wonder if something is really rotten at the core of the business, and instead of seeing value you begin to wonder what Mr Market knows...

SVWPA is now making me wonder what's wrong.

I've been sorely tempted to buy a handful more after picking up a small holding in the high $60 range... But each time I've resisted the temptation and simply watched it fall further.

$55 was hit today and I can only come to two possible conclusions for this being slaughtered day after day:

1. Something is really wrong with the underpinning business and we just don't know it yet, divvy is at serious risk, or:

2. Someone big is simply exiting a position and this is driving SVWPA down as they slowly bleed out their holding. This exact thing happened when the future fund was exiting TLS - once the selling stops we will see upward drift begin.

Is anyone aware of a major SVWPA holder that may be exiting a position? I haven't seen any notices regarding this but we wouldn't necessarily see notices if they held under 20% of the securities.
