Mkt cap is $42 mill at these levels with $4 mill in cash, expecting $2.5 mill EBITDA. Not expensive, as you say, given the recurring revenues, growth and comparisons to other tech co’s. If I had more money I’d be buying here. This seller has got to finish at some stage.
