I've said this privately to my clients; my personal prediction is that SW1 will reach a fully diluted MC of $150M - $200M over the next 1-2 years, before then being acquired. One would purport that given the Sofoulis family (founders of Swift) own 26%, a very logical way to exit the company without damaging the share price and their ultimate returns would be to sell it. To be frank, I would not be surprised if DXC technologies acquired them - an early partnership, before an acquisition offer.
