Api is a measure of density of the oil
Ideally you want oil between 25 Api and 45 Api. Lower than 25 the oil gets thicker and thicker and refineries charge more to processes and the value of the oil is less. And over 45 Api the oil gets thinner and thinner, and the $ you get for the oil decreases the higher the api.
Block 138 and 59 will have oil inside the premium zone and well get the world oil price.
430 has oil at 24 Api which will incur a slight reduction. Read somewhere about 20 to 50c. Not much.
330 has a api of 22 (i think from memory) so will incur a reduction of maybe a $1
