In Sydney there were just 3 investors and 1 broker in attendance. Most importantly, there was a George Clooney-esque coffee machine and a basket of biscuits that are probably available in DJs but not Coles.
After the brief presentation and Q&A by the CEO, David hung around for a coffee.
There's been a lot of corporate interest in Block 44, and he's pretty optimistic about Swala's prospects with Eyasi Mark II. This time without a partner, and with the Tanzanian minister wearing the decision-making hat having given a glowing endorsement of the company in the West Australian newspaper recently. Looks like the strategy of engaging local investors has kept our foot in the door with Eyasi, and is resonating positivly for us in the region.
