Good to discuss Delta - we all only focus on the 'upside' with these speccies.

The issue I see are the sovereign risks - this is all new stuff for some of these countries - most of which rank very poorly on the corruption indices. So thats one of concerns.
Licences can be 'delayed' while the under paid people in the licence office stall until they get their 'fee'.

Throw in Somali pirates who might see this is an opportunity now that the seaways have become more secure.

Then there is always resource nationalism to contend with.

But some companies (Tullow, Africa oil) have managed all these issue and shown it can be done.

Thats why the key here is Mgt Mgt and Mgt - and then a bit of luck.

The main reason Im bullish on this stock is the Management seem sensible.

Their performance will be the main driver of success or failure.

Many a prospective Australian company has gone to Africa and secured a great resource with great potential and yada yada yada but left it all in tatters due to poor management.
