I think the biggest single problem we might encounter, would be politics/government intervention?
But you really have to put this at arms length...Better our relations are...the better we will fair. (we are establishing great relationships and mutual respect via results and corporate strategies...i.e sharing local ownership.
Every other company, successfully and unsuccessfully operating, faces the same challenges to some degree, almost anywhere in the world.
Risk factor = 5% for me.
