Well according to the Exotix time table chart the fund raising was due to conclude mid Dec...then held over for a further 6 months to allow time for Govt permitting etc and then deployed at the end of jun early july 17 presumedly for the purchase of the producing asset. No where do they say some of those funds will used for KK or 12B ?
So if they have managed to raise some funds as per the timetable then they would announce that wouldnt they?
