    Why would they farm out to OEL?

    There are bigger fish out there who offer more $$, a higher profile and marketability.... .Then one has wonder that if they did farm out to OEL that that is only hindering SWE to some degree as there wouldnt be much differentiation between the two companies.... ie. why would you invest in SWE over OEL if they have same licences, while OEL has a producing field.

    OEL have missed the boat on 12B
