Further ....they can hardly sack Tata because they then dont have their theoretical drill cost covered...
The fact they havent tried to sack Tata could well be a good thing as it suggests they may not have an extra interested player waiting in the wings....? If they manage to drop OEL out they could well later decide to retract any contested charges with Tata to bring them back on board ?
Just have to hope OEL are doing the realistic thing here and arent acting emotionally or doing something merely on principle.
