Could be complicated for Swala to sack Tata as Tata have already given them USD5.7m in back-costs as part of the 2015 farmout for Pangani/KK.
A fair chunk of that went to paying off the c/notes and loan to Hayaat.
Suspect the rest was spent over the last 18 months.
