As I recall it took a great many years for BUY to get their Tanzania gas find going. As a small partner in the project, it hasn't done anything for their share price. So any significant oil find - may take quite a while to develop. I think OEL has enough to do in the US, so they can go thru the motions on contesting this - and when they win - drilling the first well at some point in the future. And by then if the stars align, that Tanzanian drilling and subsequent development will be done with revenue earned by the tens/hundreds of millions from their US efforts.
