I note in OEL's last release, they don't recognize the withdrawal notice from Swala. Therefore I guess they're still in negotiations as far as OEL's concerned.
However OEL's position does now seem weakened with today's release from Swala that :
Mr. SV Rao, TPL CEO, said: “We are happy that outstanding issues with JV are now resolved and JV is proceeding with Kito-1 well. Looking forward to a successful drilling of the well in 2017 drilling window."
Need to hear OEL's take, hopefully before the market open tomorrow.
