it is a tad premature yeldub but it wasn't traderi1 who was blaming the AUD for the fall in revenue it was Penny Wong and Wayne Swan. Wong is a Senator in the ALP who was reponsible for selling the ETS to the electorate. Wayne Swan is the Treasurer and he is already blaming the high A$ for lower than expected revenues from the resource tax:
