Hi Apprentice mate you can say that till the cows come home and there will be still some that, won't get it, refuse to understand it, try to convince them self it has to be more then management, some will even tell you they doing a good job, and the best they can hahahah, accuse you of down ramping etc. you won't change there mind well such is life I guess.

I've only got a few K's in this now, in my eyes its just for a punt, no more no less.
