"WC....don't question his right to make the decision that he has...he has an important custodian's role after all...but I do question the TIMING of the decision. I'm gobsmacked given next Tuesday is when the Bank consortium is due to make their decision on refinancing. Where can OZL go from here in such a reduced timeframe ? He extended the FIRB timeframe to 90 days....don't understand why he chose Friday to bring the hammer down. Once again...no assurances or plan B given it affects so many thousands of workers & investors as the economy is trying to turn things around."

After all the embarrasing China related stories of the past week (suits, free airfares, etc), I would just hope that Oz has not been sacrificed at the altar of political expediency.....
