AJ Glad you said that. I had seen the announcement as a conditional approval too but it seemed to have been missed.

I hope the banks have seen it as such. I suspect MM may come back with a revised figure though.

It will be interesting to see how the mechanics of this happens if the banks let the saga continue.

How much does it matter to MM if PH, Martabe and GG are sold for reasonable prices, and how might it affect their offer?
