I don't think he has. I will say this though Here is a guy who runs the show and is about to do the biggest spend in Australia's history - some $43bn - and he appears not to have read the business plan. this is an absolute disgrace. Remember taxes are reductions in our savings. You would think, with so much money involved, so much of our savings on the line that the relevant minister would at least have read the business plan. Is it any wonder that the Labor party wastes our money?
