So you would agree that when a mining company has losses ALL Australians they will contribute to reducing the losses .....................................
I am talking about making profit from minerals in the ground that we CONTRIBUTE because they belong to us all. We should all share more in the wealth of those minerals. You mention contribution, well my argument is related to the contributing of OUR minerals.
ALSO
When a mining company files tax deductions, even for long and expensive lunches or use of private planes or even to finance propoganda against the government it does so with taxpayers money , so yes we do contribute.
The taxpayer also pumps in million of $ for ports and road infrastructure that only the miners use , so yes we do contribute.
Depreciation for equipment .... so yes we do contribute.
About time , through the use of our minerals that we get something of substance back
