Meanwhile Swan inherited a budget surplus from the great Costello(which he spent), Swan and Rudd tried to introduce a MRRT (which was a PR disaster for Labor), he wasted a huge amount of money on BER and the Pink Batts catastrophe and is now supporting a Carbon Tax.
