I'm too lazy to research this but I reckon this has stuff all impact on the Commonwealth budget.
Mining and agricultural booms pale into insignificance to service industry or household booms.
Government finances really boom when the property and share market boom. There's a zillion more people employed outside the mining and ag sectors. If those zillion people aren't booming then the Government aint booming.
